Dosage and preparation:
Put 1 herbal tea bag in a cup, pour 200 ml of boiling water (about 100 degrees). Leave to infuse for at least 8 minutes before drinking. Leaving the tea bag in the cup while sipping maximises the infusion.

Possible presence of plant elements in the infusion, are by no means an alteration of the product but a guarantee of quality. These elements are essential and insoluble parts of the plant mix.
In addition, the herbal tea colour only comes from the plant mix, without any additional colouring agents.
Subtle flavour variations between different production batches of the same product are due to the use of natural raw ingredients that may taste slightly different depending on seasonal weather patterns.

Tips

Once you have finished tasting the herbal tea, you can reuse the filter with the blend mix still inside, letting it dry completely. Once dried, place inside the dried mixture, a few drops of essential oil of your favorite fragrance and use this filter as a perfumer to place in closets or laundry drawers.
Same process of drying the mixture but take it out of the filter and lay it in a wide-based container to obtain a similar "potpourri," if desired with the addition of a few drops of essential oil.
