
EMOTIONAL STRESS AND INSOMNIA
Stress could be triggered by various situations such as upheavals at work, the loss of a loved one or family problems. If neglected over time, such problems can cause a general feeling of restlessness and irritability to build up. It’s easy for these moods to spiral into a vicious cycle where irritability leads to reduced quality of life and insomnia, which in turn increases one’s irritability and thus emotional stress.
