Instructions for use

Use 1 filter of herbal tea in a cup with 200 ml of water brought to the boil (about 100 degrees).
Leave to infuse for at least 8 minutes and then consume as usual, continuing to keep the filter infusing.

  • Use 1 filter per 200 ml of boiling water (≈100°C).
  • Let it to infuse for at least 8 minutes.
