Why and on what legal basis we use your personal data
The requested personal data will be processed to better understand users’ needs and direct attention towards a specific product.
The data will be used only with the data subject’s consent, pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of EU Regulation 2016/679.

Which data will be processed
The data we have requested and will process for the purposes described above include:

• Identification data: first name and surname;
• Contact details: email address (verified immediately);
• Interest-related data: health/weight loss/fitness/anti-ageing;
• Special-category data: sex, whether or not you are pregnant, physical activity, smoking habits and frequency, stress levels and metabolic issues.

For your protection, only data strictly necessary to achieve the stated purpose have been requested, in accordance with the data-minimisation principle under Article 5(1)(c) of the above-mentioned EU Regulation.

Processing methods
Processing will be carried out both manually and electronically, in compliance with Article 32 of EU Regulation 2016/679, by the data controller or by persons specifically appointed and authorised by the Controller.
Under Article 4(2), processing may consist of any operation or set of operations, such as collection, recording, storage, adaptation and modification, extraction, consultation, disclosure, restriction, erasure or destruction.

Retention period
The data controller will retain your identification and contact details for 5 years from completion of the test.
Special-category data will be deleted at the end of the session.

Disclosure of data
To fulfil the purpose described above, we may disclose your data to third parties involved in managing the website and requests submitted through it, including:

• Website domain provider;
• Web designer.

These parties have been duly appointed as external data processors.

Your rights and how to exercise them
As a data subject, you have the rights set out in Articles 15 to 22 of EU Regulation 2016/679, where applicable, including the right to:

• obtain access to the data held by the data controller;
• request rectification or erasure, or restriction of processing;
• object to the processing of personal data;
• receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have them transmitted to another data controller (data portability);
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
