Our philosophy draws on the roots of knowledge.

Since ancient times, people have interacted with the natural world and sought elements in nature to improve their health and appearance.

Our philosophy draws on the roots of knowledge, bringing us back to the discovery ofthe energy of plants as well as their chemical composition. Over time, this valuable concept has faded in favour of studies and research more focused on the Western tradition. Humans have always interacted, everywhere, with the plant world, seeking to understand its secrets and first using it for food, then gradually to improve their health and their appearance. Over time, as herbs became more widely used for health purposes, it became essential to make them consistently available. Various methods were therefore developed to preserve them after harvesting, either whole (drying) or by extracting their active compounds using suitable methods. The active compounds obtained from plants and herbs are commonly extracted using carriers such as hydroalcoholic solvents which dissolve active compounds effectively and, thanks to their alcohol content, help preserve the resulting extract.Over the years, these methods of extracting active ingredients from plants have increasingly overlooked the plant’s more subtle characteristics. The focus was exclusively on measurable aspects, such as obtaining an extract with a certain amount of active ingredient, while neglecting the phytocomplex. Little consideration was given to whether the extract truly captured the full range of beneficial substances that the plant could release.

Characterising plants from a bioenergetic perspective.

The characterisation of plants from a bioenergetic perspective, or theenergy of plants, is expressed through the chemistry of their compounds, but also through the release of “energy quanta” arising from the interaction between components. These can create an action or interaction—or, more precisely, a wave—that interacts further with specific organs that respond to that particular energy frequency, until the desired function is achieved. In “chemical or pharmacological” terms, these are chemical compounds capable of interacting with a specific receptor to trigger activation, inhibition or a mixed effect. If we refer to “energy quanta”, we consider the body to be traversed by various energy channels (quello che la Chinese medicine calls meridians or what Ayurvedic medicine calls chakras), each with its own distinctive frequency and therefore able to interact with a range of factors (climatic, environmental, dietary, medicinal or health-related) that share a similar frequency. This perspective can be explored by revisiting literary references and ancient and historical texts about plants and their beneficial relationships.

NATURALSALUS combines the principles of Western natural medicine with those of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

NATURALSALUS combines the principles of Western Natural Medicine with those of Traditional Chinese Medicine which assigns each plant or herb a specific character and energy meridian, drawing on plants and sequences of plants that share common characteristics that may significantly enhance their beneficial effects on specific disorders, conditions or organs. Ancient knowledge and modern science come together to explore new approaches to well-being.

Our products are synergistic phyto-complexes.

Our products are synergistic phytocomplexes: they are more than the sum of individual active ingredients. Our production processes make it possible to create synergistic phytocomplexes that enhance the beneficial effects of individual components through theenergy of plants contained within them. Each herb has a specific function and a precise, purposeful extraction sequence, the main remedy (the king) and a series of complementary remedies (the ministers).

Selecting groups of plants.

Plant groups are selected by studying each plant, its main components and also its activity overall and the literature documenting traditional use in herbal practice and herbal medicine, combining this knowledge with the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine (where possible), which assigns each plant a specific character and affinity with a particular organ, energy meridian or, more broadly, personality type.

We seek theenergy of plants, looking beyond chemistry while recognising its great value. Just as words express thoughts without ever capturing them fully, chemistry reveals only part of the energy contained in a plant; stopping there means overlooking what gives the plant its distinctive character.

Quality without compromise.

We always make quality-driven choices without compromise. We carefully select our ingredients because product quality depends on the quality of every component and every stage of the process. 100% of our ingredients are plant-based.

The types and number of ingredients are selected mindfully, honestly and sustainably: 99.9% of our ingredients are absorbed by the body and directly support the intended physiological effect .

The active ingredients in our products do not accumulate in the body; they are processed by normal physiological functions throughout the day.

We place particular emphasis on simplicity (not to be confused with lack), purity, clarity and order. We ensure that we use only natural ingredients for health and well-being.

A holistic approach to health.

We pursue a holistic approach to health, bringing distant traditions into harmony with the latest discoveries from a range of scientific fields. We create products that harness the power of plant energy in its purest form, supporting the body’s health and recovery processes. Our methods and technologies draw inspiration from traditional approaches to prevention and care. We therefore create products free from preservatives in any form, additives or bulking agents.
