Directions for use

Place one tea bag in a cup containing 200 ml of freshly boiled water (approximately 100°C). Leave to infuse for at least 8 minutes, then drink as usual while keeping the tea bag in the cup.
Any residue at the bottom of the cup is not a sign of product deterioration; it consists of flakes of organic spirulina, which are recommended for consumption to obtain the full benefits.

Any plant material remaining after infusion is a sign of quality, not product deterioration. These are essential, insoluble parts of the plant blend. The tea's colour comes solely from plant ingredients, with no artificial colourants. Any variation in taste between batches is due to natural raw materials, whose flavours may vary depending on seasonal weather conditions.

Tips

Once you have finished drinking the tea, you can reuse the tea bag and its contents by allowing it to dry completely. Once dry, add a few drops of your favourite essential oil to the dried blend and use the tea bag as a natural fragrance sachet for wardrobes or linen drawers. You can also dry the blend after removing it from the tea bag and place it in a wide-based container to create a similar potpourri, optionally adding a few drops of your favourite essential oil.

How to get the best results

1 tea bag per 200 ml of boiling water (approx. 100°C).
Leave to infuse for at least 8 minutes.
Drink as needed or in cycles, up to 2–3 times a day.

We also recommend drinking the light sediment that may remain at the bottom, which is rich in spirulina flakes.
