RS2/MIRABILUS® GOLA is ideal for fighting off seasonal ailments such as acute sore throats, inflamed throats, hoarseness, and difficulty speaking or swallowing. Its active ingredients work in synergy to soothe discomfort, reduce inflammation and protect the mucous membranes from microbial attack.

Thanks to its lactose and preservative free formula and 30% v/v alcohol content, RS2/MIRABILUS® GOLA is well-tolerated even by children aged 3 to 9 years. How it works in your body

Italian Propolis (537 mg)

Rich in flavonoids, polyphenols and essential oils having antiviral, antimicrobial and immunomodulatory activity. It acts directly on pathogenic microorganisms and stimulates local defence mechanisms, helping to contain oral cavity infections.

Echinacea (87 mg f.e.)

Stimulates innate immune defences by activating macrophages and cytokines. Useful in preventive and treatment phases of respiratory tract infections, shortening the duration of illness and reducing symptom severity.

Italian honey (537 mg)

Calming and protective, honey soothes throat burning and coughs, moisturising mucous membranes and promoting irritated tissue healing. Rich in enzymes, minerals and antioxidants, it also helps support the body's defences.

Liquorice (87 mg f.e.)

Possesses anti-inflammatory, expectorant and antiviral properties. It reduces throat irritation, improves salivary secretion and promotes healing of damaged mucous membranes.

Grapefruit seed (11.6 mg f.e.)

A powerful natural antibacterial and antifungal agent, effective against over 800 bacterial strains and numerous viruses. Acts by destroying pathogen membranes, preventing proliferation.

Tea Tree and Mint essential oils (3.48 mg each)

• Tea Tree Oil: natural antiseptic, fights off germs and fungi, with a refreshing and purifying effect.
• Mint: refreshes the mouth, stimulates salivation and relieves dry, itchy throats.

How to get the best results

• Adults and children 9+ years: 2 sprays, 4 times a day.
• Children 3-9 years: 1 spray, 4 times a day.
• Apply directly into the mouth, at the back of the throat. Shake before using.
